Smart Care Doc

is a mobile hospital application that brings the full spectrum of hospital services to your smartphone. Users can access their medical history, manage prescriptions, and schedule both virtual and in-person consultations with their doctors. The online consultation feature is powered by WebRTC, ensuring seamless real-time video communication. The application was developed using Xamarin.Forms.The project, SmartCareDoc, received two prestigious awards at the Digital Awards competition: Best Technological Application and Best Innovation.

We developed a fully-featured mobile hospital application that allows patients to manage their entire healthcare journey through a single platform. The app combines an intuitive user interface with robust functionality to ensure a seamless experience for both patients and medical professionals.

Users can easily view their medical history, access prescriptions, and receive notifications about upcoming appointments. The app supports remote consultations via secure WebRTC video calls, providing real-time interaction between doctors and patients from anywhere.

An essential feature is the ability to order and renew prescriptions directly within the app, with automatic updates to the patient's medical records. Additionally, users can register for in-person consultations, choosing available time slots and receiving confirmations in real time.

The application also offers dynamic medical report generation, allowing users to download their reports in PDF or DOC formats. For security, a robust authorization module and role-based access control were implemented to protect sensitive medical data.

From a technical perspective, the app was developed using Xamarin.Forms, ensuring cross-platform compatibility while maintaining high performance and native-like UX. Integration of Analytics and Crashlytics allows continuous monitoring of app stability post-launch.
